She was predeceased by : her parents, Leslie McCoy and Bertha Barnes McCoy; her husband Barry Parks; her son Craig Houston Parks; her brother Robert McCoy; and her pet Lucy Mae.

She is survived by : her daughters, Susan Parks-Spencer (James) and Karen Parks-Gerwig (Michael); her grandchildren, Megan (Tyler), Drew, Riley and Will; her great grandchild McCoy; and her caregivers, Heather, Myrna and Tina.
