We are sad to announce that, on September 9, 2025, at the age of 68, Deborah Sue Lowery of Prairie Grove, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elemuel Thomas Pannell (E. T.) and Wilma Lee Keller; her husband Paul Leslie Lowery; her son Johnathan Pannell; her great grandchild Ky'aire Azare Douglas (Carl Craig); and her grandparents, Francis, Maryanne Keller, Thomas and Martha Ann Pannell.
She is survived by: her daughter Mendy Craig of Fayetteville; her stepchildren, Nathan Lowery (Cindy Lowery) and Kaise (Brad Sargent); her siblings, Steven Pannell of Cedarville and Lynett (David Vinson); her grandchildren, Christopher Pannell, Christina Sparks, Christian Wolfe, Azharia Douglas, Sydney, Briana, Calley Lowery and Namiah Boyd; and her pet Bridgette. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, extended family.
