He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Phillips and Hildra June Phillips (Curtis); his siblings, Karen Warren and Joel Phillips; and his grandsons, Harvey Wilson Jr. and Greg Wilson.

He is survived by: his wife Marie Phillips; his children, Arlene D Meltzer (Shawn) of Garfield, AR, Jackie L. Rotramel of Buda, TX, Dwayne Phillips (Shelby) of Springdale, AR and Harvey Wilson of Prairie Grove, AR; and his brother Mike Phillips. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
