He was predeceased by : his parents, James "Jim" Hamilton and Dora Lee Hamilton (Carter); and his siblings, Merrel, Orville, Opal, Othalee and Betty.

He is survived by : his wife Connie Jo Hamilton; his children, Scott Hamilton (Michelle) and Tammy West (Roger) of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; his grandsons, Timothy Hamilton, Logan West (Taylor), Aaron West, Hunter Hamilton and Trenton Hamilton; and his great grandchildren, Owen, Liam, Heidi and Bennett. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and countless friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Luginbuel Funeral Home (115 N Neal St, Prairie Grove, AR 72753). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Viney Grove Methodist Church (11233 Viney Grove Rd, Prairie Grove, AR 72753).
