She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Newman and Bessie Newman (Mitchell); her husband Don Brasuell; and her siblings, Leslie Newman, Carl Newman, Roger Newman and Wanda Underwood (Newman).
She is survived by: her children, Treena Burnett (Nathan Barksdale), Richard Evans of Prairie Grove and Micky Evans (Paulette) of Pettigrew; her sister Brenda Vangundy (John) of Springdale; her grandchildren, Heather, Hannah, Jacob, Brooklynn, Kurstein, Logan and Emily; and her siblings-in-law, Carrol Newman of Pettigrew and Randy Underwood of California. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
