He was predeceased by: his parents, James Leo and Phylis Jean Daugherty (Rymel); his uncle Robert; and his aunt Doris Holcroft. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Gardisser Daugherty; his sons, Jason Daugherty, Brandon Daugherty (Nicole) and Kyle Daugherty (Adela); his siblings, Dianna Spencer (Rock), Pamela Parker (Steve), Sandy Haywood (Joe), Debbie Bauer (Richard) and Ron Daugherty; and his grandchildren, Kensington Daugherty and Emma Spencer.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Luginbuel Funeral Home (115 N Neal St, Prairie Grove, AR 72753). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Prairie Oaks Baptist Church (402 Viney Grove Rd, Prairie Grove, AR 72753).
