He was predeceased by : his parents, Charley "Chase" Smith and Ruby Jewel Barnett Rogers; and his brother Levon Rogers. He is survived by : his children, Coty (Magan Rogers), Randy Rogers of Harrison and Tammy Harp of Elkins; and his siblings, Keith Rogers of Springdale and Colleen Birdsill. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
