He was predeceased by: his father Alvin Ray Carlton; and his nephew Bennett Smith. He is survived by: his mother Lola Marie Carlton (Birdsong) of Prim Arkansas; his wife Marjorie Dianne Carlton (Lamberson); his children, Daymon Carlton (Jennifer) of Prim, Arkansas and Diandra Verser (Jim) of Greers Ferry, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Destiny Henderson, Ella Carlton, Makayla Henderson, Brody Henderson, Gage Verser, Waverly Verser, Elisabeth Carlton and Piper Verser; and his siblings, Darvin Carlton (Vicky), Kevin Carlton (Shawn), Michelle Blasi (Lance) and Leah Baker (Ryan).
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hilltop Holiness Church (4204 Prim Rd, Prim, AR 72130). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at the Everett Cemetery (750 Everett Ridge Rd, Prim, AR 72130).
