Gary left this world on December 18, 2025 at the age of 67, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. Though Gary may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Gary touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas Rudolph Dixon and Robbie Jean Williams; his son Brandon Scott Dixon; his sister Rhonda Dixon Nordlund; his uncle Donnie Williams; and his great grandchild Alexandria Hayes.
He is survived by: his wife DeLaena; and his children, Sebrina "Sis" Smith (Jacob) and Andrew "Bub" Dixon (Leanne). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Gary was a huge supporter of children in need and veterans, so in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a fund for 11 year old Asher Robinson (CashApp: $KareySwofford).
