He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Webb and Dollie Mae Webb; and his father-in-law Darrall Doughty. He is survived by: his wife Darrallyn Doughty Webb; his son Jesse; his daughter-in-law Kelli Webb; his daughter Hannah; his son-in-law Kyle Clark; his grandchildren, Paisley, Hettie Mae and Rowdy Webb; his sister Verna Mae Baker; his niece Pattye Goodman; his nephew Byron (Amanda Baker); his great-niece Leah Brooke; his mother-in-law Janice Doughty; Will Goodman. He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, and nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Quitman First Baptist Church (5899 Heber Springs Rd W, Quitman, AR 72131). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
