He was predeceased by: his parents, John David Ruloph, Sr. and Pauline Ruloph (Greb); his wife Rosemary Ruloph (Pirker); his daughters, Glenda Gilbreth and Tina Gilbreth; and his siblings, J. D. Ruloph, Barbara Schluterman and Geneva Ruloph.
He is survived by: his children, Laura Elder (Robert) of Ozark, Ron Ruloph (Trenna) of Subiaco, Gary Ruloph (Fiancee'Becky Washburn) and Jody Ruloph (Kim) of Charleston; his sisters, Roberta Ruloph of Charleston, Delores Pickle (Junior) of Hackett, Cecilia Savage (Richard) of Branch and Mary Frances Friemel of Subiaco; his son-in-law Dennis Gilbreth; and his grandchildren, BJ, Vicky, Val, Veronica of Robin, RJ, Andy, Willy, Danielle, Shaniece, Shyanna, Natasha, Kyle, Renta, Hope, Joseph, Lilly and Isaac. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
A prayer was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Anthony's Catholic Church (470 N Wilson Ave, Ratcliff, AR 72951). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at the St. Anthony's Cemetery.
