He is survived by: his wife Peggy Sue Wells; his children, Tena Martin of Ravenden, Beth Murphy (Aaron) of Imboden and Gary Wells (Lesa) of Morehead, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Derrick Wells, Gaven Martin, Ava, Luke, Taylor and Jett Murphy; his great grandchild Chelsea Wells; and his siblings, James Ray Wells of Ravenden, Stephen Wells of Ravenden, Roger Wells of Pocahontas and Marilyn White of Searcy.
