He was predeceased by: his father John Douglas; and his father-in-law Plug Eaton. He is survived by: his mother Janis Gulley; his wife Sherri Douglas; his stepmother Dee Douglas of Piggott; his mother-in-law Donna Eaton of Jonesboro; his brother-in-law Stephen Eaton (Heather) of Jonesboro; his niece Holly of Jonesboro; his nephew Wyatt Eaton of Jonesboro; and his aunts, Venedia Martin of Rector, Jo Ann Douglas of Jonesboro and Jennie Douglas of Hardy.
