With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Barnhill of Redfield, Arkansas, born in Green Forest, Arkansas, who passed away on December 7, 2025 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of George Barnhill to pay them a last tribute.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint George leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Barnhill and Nellie Barnhill; and his siblings, Iola Pearl Norris, Norman Barnhill and Beryl Barnhill.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Barnhill; and his children, Annette (Paul) and Bryan (Traci). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Orion Missionary Baptist Church (3826 Stagecoach Rd, Redfield, AR 72132). A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the UAMS Kidney Transplant Program.
