He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Mozingo and Elizabeth Joann Mozingo (Pennington). He is survived by: his children, Caitlyn Parsons and Colton Mozingo; his granddaughter Sophia Parsons; his sister Angela Ply; and his friend Jason Harris.
