He was predeceased by : his parents, James Lewis and Ruby Lewis; and his son James Lee Lewis. He is survived by : his wife Mary Frances Billings; his sons, Mark Lewis (Wendy) and Steve Carr; his brother James Dickie Lewis (Betty); and his grandchildren, Madelyn Lewis, TJ Lewis, Ty Vaughn (Gina), Stephanie Carr Ryther and Jessica Carr Lyon (Franklin). He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
