It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Effie Mae Peters of Rison, Arkansas, born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, who passed away on February 15, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father Thomas Anglin; and her siblings, Anita Fratesi, Sharon Hagler, Thomas and Rodney Anglin.

She is survived by : her children, Erica Rauls (Randy), Michelle Glover (Kevin) and David Hagler (Geri); her grandchildren, Ryan, Hunter Glover, Jessica Skillen, Laci Rauls, Chason, Ambra and Alister Hagler; and her great grandchild Lilah Glover. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
