He was predeceased by : his parents, Ann Rhoden Halley and Bernie Clyde Halley; and his daughter Sarah Elizabeth Halley. He is survived by : his wife Kathy Halley; his son Brian; his daughter-in-law Miranda Halley of White Hall; his granddaughters, Kennedy Bennett-Halley and Anna Halley; and his siblings, Steve Halley (Sandra) of Monticello, Michael Halley (Kathy) of Natchez, MS, Sharon West (Eddie) of Warren and Carita Ryburn (Benji) of Monticello.
