She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Parker and Elza Newton Parker; her husband John Howard Sr.; her son Mark Howard; and her siblings, Jesse Parker Jr. and Charlotte Traywick.
She is survived by: her sons, John Howard Jr. (Stacy) of Rison, Carl Howard (Vickey) of Sheridan and Kirk Howard (Jaclyn) of Watson Chapel; her sisters, Gladys Tucker of Pine Bluff, Wanda Finley of Russellville and June Murdock of Redfield; and her daughter-in-law Donna Howard of White Hall. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and a host of many nieces, nephews, friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Buie Funeral Home- Rison (302 Main St, Rison, AR 71665). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Roselawn Cemetery (10851 US-63, Pine Bluff, AR 71603).
