We are sad to announce that, on March 7, 2026, at the age of 52, Rickie Alynn Long (Rison, Arkansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Rickie may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He is survived by: his parents, Rick Long (Michelle) of Dyersburg, TN and Brenda Lawson (Tim) of Halls, TN.; his wife Susan Annette Long of Kensett, AR; his stepchildren, Lindsey Underwood of Halls, TN and David Payne of Ripley, TN; his grandson Brenden K Stewart Underwood of Halls, TN.; and his siblings, Jennifer Vaughn of Gates, TN and Michael Long of Hornbeak, TN. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, two great grandchildren, three nieces, and many friends.
