With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sarah Elizabeth Halley of Rison, Arkansas, born in Bradley, Arkansas, who passed away on January 25, 2023 at the age of 42. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Francille Young, Ann Halley and Bernie Halley; and her aunts, Bobette Anderson and Renia Young.

She is survived by: her parents, Mark Halley and Kathy Young Halley; her brother Brian; her sister-in-law Miranda Halley; her grandfather A. F. "Bully" Young; her nieces, Kennedy and Anna Halley; and her close friend Phil May. She is also survived by numerous family member and friends.
