She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Hoover and Ethel Louise Conley Boyd; her husband Henry Lee "Pewee" Roach; her grandson Tim Aurthur "Bobo" James, Jr.; and her brother David Boyd.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Roach of Rivervale, Kimberly Matney (Terry) of Trumann, Amy Matney (Larry) of Caraway and Jennifer Fine (Matt) of Caraway; and her siblings, Stanley Boyd of Allegan, Jimmy Boyd of Pullman and Rosemary Yates of Lawrence. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
