He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Virgil Marion and Alma Day Brock (McLaughlin); his brother Robert "Buck"; his son Odyssey; his wife Eleanor "Sussie" (Van Cleave); his son Scott (Lara); and his grandchildren, Max and Emma Jane. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
