She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Dotray and Myrtle Dotray of Mulberry Grove, Illinois.; her husband Gene W. Boyett; and her siblings, Norma Hastings, Gladys Yaeger and Willis Dotray.
She is survived by: her son Jay Boyett; her daughter-in-law Mandy of Rogers; and her grandchildren, Benton Boyett of Rogers and Sybeal Boyett of Rogers.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Circle of Life Hospice in Bentonville or All Saints Episcopal Church in Russellville.
