She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl M. Offutt and Virgaline Harter Offutt; her husband William E. Bell; and her siblings, John Earl Offutt, Robert A. Offutt, Donalda Watts and Earline Boast.

She is survived by: her children, Jeffery Bell of Bentonville and Patricia "Patty" Swanson of Cabot; her siblings, Una Oliver of Burnet, Texas and Ancel M. Offutt of Mt. Ida; her granddaughters, Jackie Bell and Stephanie Huy; her great grandchild Lucas Bell; and her nephew Gary Watts of Rogers. She is also survived by mother for her children and grandchildren and devoted caregiver.
