He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harold Millspaugh and Alberta Mae Allspaugh Millspaugh; his siblings, Florence Terry, Audrey Bunch, Charles, Melvin and Lee Millspaugh; his granddaughter Leslie Howard; and his daughters-in-law, Jo Lynn Solomon and Debra Solomon.
He is survived by: his wife Sallie B.; his children, Ken (Dottie) of Garden Grove, CA, Phyllis Howard of Rogers, AR and Twilla Samples (Doug) of Broken Arrow, OK; and his stepchildren, David Solomon (Lillie) of Fayetteville, AR, Jerry Solomon of Gravette, AR, William Solomon of Dallas, TX and Cynthia Ormiston of Dallas, TX.. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
