He was predeceased by : his parents, Lee Monroe Weaver and Lucy Jane Alverson; his brother Virgil Weaver; his sons, Timothy Weaver and James Weaver; his wife Clara Adeline Weaver; and his siblings, Jesse, Verbie, Minnie and Jewel.
He is survived by : his brother Vernon Weaver; and his son Billy Weaver, Jr.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
