He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Ray Tennison and Wanda Lou Westbrook. He is survived by: his children, Brandon Tennison of Westville, OK, Justin Tennison of Gravette, AR, Krystal Samuels of Russellville, AR and Britney Middleton of Rogers, AR.; and his brother Michael Tennison (Amy) of Siloam Springs, AR. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren.
