He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Strout and Edith Strout; and his wife Jeannie. He is survived by: his daughter April Strout of Garfield, Arkansas.; his sister Cassie Ramsey; and his niece Janie Campbell of Altus, Arkansas.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A memorial service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Garfield Church of Christ (17320 Marshall St, Garfield, AR 72732).
