He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Williams, Sr. and Pearlie Lee Williams (Weeks); and his siblings, Ernest Williams, James Williams and Mary Curl.
He is survived by: his children, Randall Williams (Donna) of Sacramento, Mike Williams (Jo) of Paradise, Ricky Williams (Olga) of Sacramento, Steven Lazaroe (David) of Rogers, William Lazaroe (Cindy) of Tampa, Tony Lazaroe (Candy) of Muskogee, Charles Casey of Berryville, Edward Casey of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Dewella Williams of California, Leetta Bailey (Jay) of Florida and Pam Cannon of Covington, Louisiana; and his wife Mary Lou. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren; thirty-six grandchildren and ten great-great-grandchildren.
