She was predeceased by: her brother David Keith Waggoner. She is survived by: her parents, Jim Waggoner and Judy Waggoner; her sons, Andrew McGlynn (Jenna Davis) and Michael McGlynn (Maysie); her grandson Monroe; her brother Jim; her sister-in-law Carol Ann Waggoner; her sisters, Suzy (John Reed) and Amy (George Rutzen); and her sister-in-law Melissa Waggoner.

Memorial donations may be made in Cindy's memory to Circle of Life Hospice, whose compassionate care and support meant so much to her and her family.

I can still see Cindy on the basketball court at IC playing basketball and also dancing her heart out on the drill team line.
