He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kondik and Blanche Kondik. He is survived by: his brothers, Rick Kondik (Dianne) of Madison and John Kondik (Peggy) of Huntsville; his niece Jennifer Hendricks (Aaron) of Ardmore; his pet Tionse; John David, Anna Grace and Michael Owen. He is also survived by children, Dan's great-niece.
