He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard E. Bolain and Ann S. Bolain; and his siblings, Cynthia and Paul. He is survived by: his wife Bobbie; his stepchild Linsey (Shannon); his grandsons, Elijah and Bronx; and his cousin John Sullins. He is also survived by many other cousins from both sides of his family.
