He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Money and Mable Money (Zachary); and his siblings, Ben Money, Peggy Sneed and Betty Ritter.
He is survived by: his daughters, Terra Parker (Brandon) of Bentonville and Laura Money of Springdale, Arkansas; and his granddaughters, Ava Parker, Lyla Parker, Elise Parker, Violet Parker and Kaia Money. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made, in David's name, to the Oklahoma Children's Hospital in Oklahoma City.
