He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Chuck" Ulmer and Louise "Weez" Bradshaw Ulmer; and his brother Danny. He is survived by: his wife Vicky Epps Rasnick; his children, Andrew Rasnick (Courtney) and Heather Rasnick; his brother Todd Ulmer; and his grandchildren, Jayden, Paityn, Jacob, Mackynzi and Harper Rasnick.
