He is survived by: his wife Jacki Lynn Carter; his daughter Diana Carter Vega (Miguel Angel Vega); his stepchildren, Johnathan Ivy, Stephanie Tyler and Jennifer Barnhart; his brother Danny Carter; his close friend Barbara Aguirre; his grandchildren, Aaron, Austin Giese, Alex, Jackson Ivy, Emmylynn, Luke Tyler, Anna Marie Ivy and Ethan Barnhart; and his great grandchildren, Wyatt Giese, Racheal Hilton and Nathaniel Kelly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Benton County Funeral Home (306 N 4th St, Rogers, AR 72756). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Bland Cemetery (400 SW F St, Bentonville, AR 72712).
