He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Kilker and Clara Loringer; and his siblings, Ralph, Lawrence, Herman, Marvin, Ray, William, Darlene and Lorraine.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Higgins; his children, Kevin Kilker (Anne), Kim Kilker Moger Foland (Doug) and Kerry Kilker (Kindra); his grandchildren, Adam Kilker (Jamie), Alex Kilker, Lacey Huibregtse (Jacob), Siobhan Cutone, Mason Moger, Madison Moger, Morgan Moger, Zachary Foland, Karlee Kronenfeld (Paul) and Kaleb Kilker; his great grandchildren, Owen, Zoey and Aden; his sister Betty Taarud; and his close friend Sue Yarbrough. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
