Nicholson, Jr. (Linda) of Choctaw; her grandchildren, Scott Nicholson (Paula), Laurie Nicholson and Kristi Nicholson (Zack Newbrey); her caregivers, Teresa Anderson (Queenie), Lacey West, Cassie Gonzalez and Annette Harmon; and her pet Lucky.
