She is survived by: her husband Scott Landis; her sons, Zack Mayo (Rachel Gale), Dakota Mayo, Tim Landis (Sara) and Jonathan Landis (Seana Styles); and her aunt Connie Prophet (Wayne). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
