He was predeceased by: his parents, Claud Floyd and Helen Virginia Lynch Phillips; his siblings, Judy Claudette and Marty Dale Phillips; his granddaughter Dana Johnson; and his niece Ashley Nichole Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Kelly Brizendine Phillips; his sons, Todd Phillips (Carla) and Travis Phillips (Jenny); and his brothers, Gary Phillips (Pat) and Brian Phillips (Laura). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Benton County Funeral Home (306 N 4th St, Rogers, AR 72756). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
