He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Fagan and Dimple Davis Fagan. He is survived by: his wife Linda Cook; his children, Jennifer Fagan of Rogers and Jerald Ray Fagan (Jerry) of Neosho; and his grandson Jayden Davis Fagan of Neosho.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions have been suggested to Monett Community Outreach in care of the funeral home.
