He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Wilkerson, (Marshall) and Glen Wilkerson, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Claire; his children, Marshall Wilkerson (Hope) and Kathleen Holcomb; his grandchildren, Bryce Holcomb, Kaitlin Wilkerson (Chandler) and Paige Wilkerson; and his brother Robert Wilkerson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
