He is survived by: his parents, Richard Blair and Gwendolyn Blair; his daughters, Jodi (Danny Thomas) and Samantha (Justin Zaccanti); his siblings, Nettie (Alford Kinsey), Twila (Joe Higginbottom) and Richard "Rick"; his sister-in-law Amanda Blair of Little Rock; and his grandchildren, Josie of Wesley, Landrie of Wesley, Mallorie Thomas of Wesley, Duke of Lincoln and Ace Zaccanti of Lincoln. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles.
