It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harvey Welkley of Rogers, Arkansas, who passed away on September 11, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Maude Poe and Otto Welkley; and his sisters, Betty Harmon and Sandy Rogers. He is survived by: his daughter Misti Ellington.
