He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer E Makinson and Buna Little Makinson; his wife Ernestine Joy King; and his siblings, Austin, Milton and Neva.
He is survived by: his children, Anthony (Kellie) of Michigan and Myra (Scott) of Rogers, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Ashley, Jessica (Ben) and Joshua; and his great grandchildren, Kylie, Everlie and Garland. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Mr. Makinson's wish was to have people make donations to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital. Keep Homer's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
