“Greetings. I just learned of Jim's passing. I'm in shock. It has been a while since I have spoken with Jim. I worked closely with Jim at Frontier Communications. Jim was an outstanding individual. He was level-headed, with a keen sense of humor. I remember my many conversations with Jim regarding various sporting events. A story Jim told me once was when he was in his ultra-lite aircraft checking on crops when he flew over a building and shot up in the air quite a distance. RIP Jim. Ray Thomas”
