He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Dark of Rogers; his children, David Collier (Jan) of Florida, Michael Kevin Collier of Florida and Kimberly Jo Collier of Texas; and his grandchildren, John David Collier (Jamie), Alec Blackford (Caylin), Brittnee Collier and Alyssa Blackford.
