He was predeceased by: his parents, James Joseph Botelho Sr. and Beverly Forth; his son James Botelho, III; and his brothers, Larry Forth and Michael Botelho.

He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his siblings, Joseph Botelho (Chandra) and Stephanie Ward (Steven); his sister-in-law Bobbie Botelho; his stepchildren, Denver Martin (Susan), Dean Martin (Michelle) and Jennifer Baquerra (Luis); and his extended family B. Hunt. He is also survived by Nine grandchildren; one great grandson and nine nieces and nephews.
