He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Audrey Hanspal (Elkins) and Benjamen Phillip Elkins; his wife Marty Milburn (Marty); his children, Matt Milburn (Erin), Lindy Clifton (Simon), Michael Elkins, Vanessa Parrish (Edward) and Ashlyn Poche (Kohl); and his brothers, Dr. Ron Theron Elkins (Sondra) and Dr. John Sidney Elkins (Lisa). He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
