He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas Moser and Ural Moser; his wife Nola Dae Moser; and his daughter Melissa Kay Foster. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Neil Churchill III (Olivia) and Katie Churchill; and his son-in-law Darrell Foster.

After her passing, he honored her memory with a donation to their church, First Baptist Church in Rogers.
